Projection System Setup: An optical projection system is set up, consisting of an optical projector and a precision worktable. The projector projects a magnified image of the profile onto the workpiece surface

Workpiece Preparation: The workpiece, which can be made of materials such as metal, ceramic, or glass, is prepared by mounting it securely on the worktable. The workpiece position and orientation are adjusted to align with the projected image.

Grinding Wheel Selection: A suitable grinding wheel or tool is selected based on the material being machined and the required precision. The grinding wheel can be diamond, cubic boron nitride (CBN), or another abrasive material.
