PG optical grinding is a high-precision machining process. Use a plotter to coordinate the processing. The plotter will draw the graphics required for processing on the film. The film will be pasted on the projection screen and calibrated. The processor will perform molding and processing based on the graphics on the film.

Optical projection grinding is suitable for molding and grinding of high-hardness materials. It is usually used for precision machining of high-speed mold parts. According to the size of the workpiece, it is magnified 20-50 times through a projector and projected on the screen before processing. The tolerance can be guaranteed to be within 0.002mm. .

PG optical grinding is suitable for processing high-hardness workpieces: (HRA) 88-96, such as workpieces made of tungsten steel or carbide, and occasionally some high-speed steel workpieces. Tungsten steel parts-parts requiring high toughness/compressive strength and hardness.
